Customers and purchasers are responsible for determining top rated values, choosing the appropriate suppliers, negotiating the very best prices, and awarding legal agreements that ensure that the correct volumes of the product or service are received at the appropriate time. Legal agreements are awarded to the suppliers who meet up with certain requirements such as selling price, quality, assistance, support, availableness, reliability, level of privacy, responsiveness, closeness, security, and selection. Contracts are negotiating between a buyer and seller that allow for the title of the good to become passed by seller to buyer if the contract can be reached (Benton, 2010).
