The energy industry is one of an industry which has retailers that commonly goes through the procurement of gas, electricity, fossil fuel, and other powers. The purchase process offers gained important importance in several projects such as those in public places sector agencies and it may be important for businesses to assess, assess, and increase each company procurement procedure (Rendon, 2008).

Customers and purchasers are responsible for determining top rated values, choosing the appropriate suppliers, negotiating the very best prices, and awarding legal agreements that ensure that the correct volumes of the product or service are received at the appropriate time. Preserving healthy supply chain associations are crucial to maintaining a competitive benefits. A healthy source chain strategy will help corporations meet client demands to generate better goods with quicker delivery moments, increased support, and reduced costs. Having short business lead times will help a company be more flexible and able to react to changing situations quickly. In accordance to Benton (2010), " suppliers with short business lead times and who happen to be reliable in meeting their due schedules minimize the condition of material shortages for the manufacturer” which leads to a company's ability to better meet customer due schedules (p. 25).

Legal agreements are awarded to the suppliers who meet up with certain requirements such as selling price, quality, assistance, support, availableness, reliability, level of privacy, responsiveness, closeness, security, and selection. Contracts are negotiating between a buyer and seller that allow for the title of the good to become passed by seller to buyer if the contract can be reached (Benton, 2010).

There are 4 components which can be typical of your enforceable contract agreement. The first element states that both parties should be capable.
